Tara brings a diverse background to her nutrition practice. She has worked as a community nutritionist, clinical nutritionist, and nutrition consultant. She is registered with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia and is a member of Dietitians of Canada.
Tara’s expertise is in chronic disease prevention. She has witnessed first hand the burden of chronic disease and takes it to heart that these diseases show up at a time in life when people’s family and work obligations are at their peak.
Tara believes that health is influenced by our work lives as much as our home lives. She is passionate about helping people find a balance at home that supports optimal nutrition and she strongly believes in the importance of work environments that support healthy living.
